KOLACH cheese

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) flour
80 g butter
pinch of salt
5-6 Beans beans
# For the filling:
30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
70 g fat feta cheese
2 eggs
ground pepper
nutmeg
salt
Method
The chopped butter placed in sifted flour, add salt and 2-4 tbsp cold water and makes dough. Place in shape with a diameter of 20-25 cm, the dough is formed by hand so that it covers the entire bottom of the form, prick with fork, placed beans beans and baked in a hot oven to yellowing. Make a light roux from the butter and flour, dilute with milk, add salt, add spices and boiled. Add the grated feta cheese, sauce is removed from the fire, gradually add the beaten egg yolks and the mixture is allowed to cool. In the cold mixture add the beaten egg whites to stiff, spread on baked KOLACH (previously removed fasulchetata) and ends slaughterman are coated with milk or cream. Filling sprinkled with grated feta cheese and dopicha in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes, until the surface turn yellow. Inside the filling should have a creamy consistency.
