Krokanova layered cake

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
200 g walnuts
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 vanilla powder
# For Kroc:
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
100 g walnuts
butter
# For the cream:
200 g butter
4 yolks
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 vanilla powder
Method
With mixer beat egg yolks with sugar. Gradually spoon add the ground walnuts, flour, baking powder, vanilla and carefully add the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake in a preheated oven. On Kroc: In a pan put the sugar and caramelized. Add ground walnuts and quickly mixed with sugar. The mixture was poured into a greased with butter dish and allowed to cool. cream: Beat egg yolks with sugar, add the butter and vanilla and mix until fluffy cream. Iztinaliyat caramelized nuts beat mechanically in a mortar finely (a "sandbox") and 1/3 of it pour in the cream. Cool base is cut in two, one part is smeared with cream on top is placed second base, top and side smeared with cream on top and sprinkle cake with caramelized nuts.
