Ingredients
200 g mutton
250 g of mutton liver
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 bunch fresh onions
1 head (50 g) old onion
2 (100 g) red tomatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
3 tbsp (60 g) rice
1 egg
4-5 chili peppers
parsley
mint
pepper
vinegar
salt

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces, pour 5-6 cups water and boil to poluomekvane along with the green onions and some tomatoes, chopped. Salt after boil.
