Lamb with crispy crust

Ingredients
300 g lamb
3 tbsp mustard
spices of your choice
butter
dill

Method
Make a cut of meat in several places, smeared with butter, then a thick layer of mustard and Cover with chopped dill. Bake in a moderate oven, served to garnish roasted baby potatoes.
