Lamb cutlets with garlic

Ingredients
8 small lamb chops
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
2 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper, salt
Method
Both sides of each chop rubbed with garlic and sprinkle with sunflower oil, salt and pepper. The chops are placed in a highly heated BBQ and bake a few minutes on each side. Serve hot, dusted with finely chopped parsley.
