Ingredients
          # For the bases:
          6 eggs
          180-200 g of sugar
          210 g flour
          10 g baking powder
          2 vanilla
          # For the cream:
          1 liter milk
          200 g sugar
          7 tbsp flour
          2 vanilla
          5 yolks
          2-3 washers pineapple canned

          Method
              For the base:   Whip snow with a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar to triple its size and two vanilla. Them with a wooden spoon adding egg whites stirring carefully. Once the mixture has become homogeneous add the flour - a spoon and teaspoon baking powder. Place in a greased and floured form with a diameter of 26 cm. Bake at 180C degrees in preheated oven. The base is allowed to form 5 minutes, then removed to cool and cut into 3 the base.     For the cream:   In a bowl put 7 tbsp flour and 1 cup milk (about 200 ml). Beat well and add the yolks to a thick mush as boza. Rest of the milk boil on the stove with sugar. The temperature of the stove is reduced and with constant stirring add the resulting thick paste and vanilla. Thus was stirred until thickening. Add pineapple chunks.     The cake is assembled alternating base sprinkled with liquor (whiskey or coffee) and a few tablespoons of juice from pineapple compote, then the cream and so on until run the bases. Decorate optional.
