Lemon ice cream with wine

Ingredients
6 lemons
500 ml white wine
200 g of powdered sugar
Method
The juice of lemons squeezed and mixed with wine, sugar and grated rind of 1 lemon. The mixture is poured into a glass-lined tank and freeze in freezer. Serve half-frozen in high chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices.
