Ingredients
1 kg pork or veal liver
1 kg onions
200 ml sunflower oil
120 ml white wine
1/3 cup tomato juice
2 cloves
salt
pepper

Method
Peel onions sauté in a hot sunflower oil. Once softened, add the liver, well washed and sliced ​​and other products. Simmer until the fat remains. Can be served with steamed rice and season salad.
