Liver paste with cheese

Ingredients
500 g liver
milk
200 g butter
grated cheese
salt, pepper
Method
Liver is boiled in milk until completely soft. Ground. Then add the butter, cheese, and seasonings. The mixture is well stirred and served on a lightly toasted slices.
