Lukanka ready to mince

Ingredients
500 g beef
500 g pork
20-25 g of salt
5 g pepper
5 g allspice
5 g cumin
nutmeg
Method
Minced meat is thoroughly mixed with the ground spices of the evening and stayed until morning. Full red, tie and Pierce in several places with a needle. Flatten gently with a bottle and scatter meal. Tied with string and hang to dry in a well ventilated place for about a month. In the middle of drying (around the 15th day) flatten again with a bottle. It is desirable to do in the cold months.
