Ingredients
4 bananas
sunflower oil for frying
# breading:
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
5-6 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp baking powder
# For the marinade:
3-4 tbsp rum (preferably dark)
2-3 tbsp sugar
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1 vanilla

Method
Milk breading boiled, mixed with coconut and leave to cool. Flour mixed with baking powder. Egg stir with wire and gradually add it to the flour and strained milk. Stir until a uniform, thick paste.
