Marinated mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
4-5 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 tsp (5 g) mustard
1/2 cup (100 ml) vinegar
1 tbsp (10 ml) vegetable oil

Method
Most suitable for marinating are young, still closed fresh mushrooms. They are cleaned, washed and boiled in salted water for 15 minutes. Placed in a suitable container, add black pepper, bay leaf and lightly salted, already boiled vinegar, mixed with a little mustard. Top pour vegetable oil. Pickled mushrooms place several days in a cool place.

Easy to implement recipe for storage of perishable otherwise mushrooms in the refrigerator in a convenient form for the preparation of various dishes.

In the marinade added 5-6 cloves finely chopped garlic and dill. Mustard was also more - 3 tablespoons sweet mustard.
