Meatballs with caps

Ingredients
500 g minced meat (mixture)
2 eggs
2 slices of toast bread
white sparkling wine
30 g grated cheese
1 tbsp pine nuts
30 g grated feta cheese Parmesan
2 tbsp of chopped chopped prunes
mustard
salt, pepper
olive oil for frying
1 pear
20 g truffle
2 slices of black bread
Method
Minced meat is divided into two equal parts. One mix with 1 egg, 1 slice toast, pre-soaked in white sparkling wine and drained, 30 g grated cheese and 1 tbsp pine nuts, mustard, salt and pepper. Similarly prepare the second part of minced meat, mix with 1 egg, 1 slice toast, pre-soaked in white sparkling wine and drained, 30 g grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp chopped plums, mustard, salt and pepper . Meatballs fry in heated olive oil for 5-6 minutes. Cut out small circles of pear, truffle and black bread. Meatballs with pine nuts Prick sticks with black bread and truffle and meatballs with plums - with pear. Serve warm.
