Ingredients
300 g crab sticks
1 red onion
2-3 red peppers
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sauce or mayonnaise ayoli
200 g breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper
butter and sunflower oil for frying
Method
Chopped 300 g crab sticks, sliced ​​red onions, peppers, add the lemon juice, ayolito (mayonnaise), bread crumbs, egg, pepper and salt . The mixture was kneaded, formed into balls and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Melted in butter and sunflower oil in it and fry the meatballs. Served on tomatoes, flavored with basil and olive oil.
