Mekitsi lemonade

Ingredients
1 liter of lemonade
2 eggs
1.5 kg flour
1 tbsp salt
50 g fresh yeast
Method
Dissolve yeast in part of lemonade. It is essential that the yeast is fresh, dry are not obtained. Of all products is mixed dough in a large pot, which leaves covered in the refrigerator for 1 night. The morning with very oily hands tear the dough is stretched mekitsi and put to fry in hot sunflower oil. I prepare half dose of the prescription because it is getting enough mekitsi breakfast 6 people, you and all your dose needs assistant in frying.

by making full dose, can not half to fry in the morning?

I have not tried, because I'm not sure the dough is not sour already.
