Mekitsi potatoes

Ingredients
flour dough elastic
20 g yeast
400 ml milk
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 boiled potatoes
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Boiled potatoes Strain. Yeast dissolved in lukewarm milk, add sugar, the oil, salt and smashed potatoes. Knead the dough with flour and allowed to rise. Divide by mekitsi and fry in very fat. Fried mekitsi sprinkled with powdered sugar. From the same dough can be prepared and pitas.

I make pizza dough with boiled potatoes and gets a lot better.
