Mekitsi of spaghetti

Ingredients
500 g Cappellini (thin spaghetti)
1 tbsp salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Boil water, add salt. Spaghetti and cook 2-3 minutes less than indicated, or soaked in boiling water for 2-3 minutes longer than the time for cooking. Drained and rinsed with cold water in order to avoid sticking. Take small portions, which are placed in a preheated oil, formed into a flat circle and fry over medium heat until browned. Serve warm with jam, chocolate spread, honey, fruit yoghurts, cold, flights warm, sweetened milk, flavored with optional vanilla or caramel.

Very interesting rally. Put it to favorites and weekends will try it.

A friend told yesterday that made them, put them in a baking dish, pour over them yesterday dish (wine kebab) and constipation them in the oven. Be great.
