Mini cupcakes with feta cheese and onion

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp water
# For the filling:
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup cream
1/2 cup grated feta cheese or cheddar cheese
4 green onions, finely chopped
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper

Method
To prepare the dough flour and salt in a bowl sift. Add the butter and crushed fingers with flour to form crumbs. Add a little water and kneaded until a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. With a round cookie cutter with a diameter of 8 cm cut 12 rounds and each is placed in the cutter muffins. To make the filling, mix the beaten eggs, cream, grated feta cheese and green onions. Seasoned with salt, black and red pepper, and the resulting mixture is filled pasta shells. Bake in preheated to 175 C (350 F) oven for about 25 minutes or until filling is baked well. Cupcakes are served with each put a piece of tomato.
