Mixed autumn jam
Ingredients
5 kg of grapes
3 kg peaches
3 kg apples
3 kg quinces
2 kg pumpkin
5 kg of sugar
Method
The fruits are washed and cleaned. Boiled separately, then rubbing sore again separately through a sieve or colander. Received fruit purees mixed and boiled with sugar effuse court over high heat.
