Moussaka pork with potatoes and poached eggs

Ingredients
2 onions
1/2 cup fat (sunflower oil)
1 kg minced meat
750 g potatoes
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp red pepper
salt, pepper
eggs
butter
Method
Fry the chopped onion in fat. Add the mince and fry it too. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomato sauce, potatoes, cut into small cubes and 1 cup hot water. Pour the mixture into the pan and put it to bake in moderate oven. In baked moussaka and make dents in each break low one egg. Salt lightly egg and sprinkle with black pepper and 1 tsp melted butter. Bake the moussaka, while hardened egg white.
