Moussaka with vegetables

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
5 -6 potatoes
200 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 carrot
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
sunflower oil
tomato paste
vegeta
savory
pepper
salt

Method
In the hot sunflower oil sauté all the vegetables together until tender. Add minced meat diluted with water in advance and intimate. Fry for 10-15 minutes, then add chopped potatoes and water was poured to cover the contents in the pot. Add spices and tomato paste. Allow to boil until ready potatoes.
