Mushroom mess with wine

Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
1 cup white wine
salt
pepper
5 tbsp flour
50 ml sunflower oil
Method
Mushrooms are washed and cut into slices. The stove is placed saucepan with 2 cups water. When the water boils, it make wine and put mushrooms. Continue cooking until tender. Season with salt and pepper and cook another 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, strain the broth in a separate pot. Flour fry in the oil until golden. Dilute with potion of mushrooms. Once boiling, add the mushrooms. Porridge simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
