Mushrooms in Ku-Ku recipe

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms - porcini, oyster mushroom or
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
1 bunch dill
4-6 tbsp sunflower oil
75 g butter
pepper, salt
1 yolk
1/2 lemon
5 tbsp flour
Method
Slice the onion finely and stew in preheated sunflower oil. Once softened add the butter and chopped and cleaned mushrooms. Add salt and pepper rasim - freshly ground and the best crushed in a mortar. Peel half lemon and chopped. Add it to the mushrooms. Finely chopped garlic cloves and add them to the mushrooms. Stew to the issuance of the liquid separated from the mushrooms. Rasim flour. Turn it several times and diluted with lukewarm water to the required consistency. Rasim chopped dill. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Finally add the shattered with 3-4 tbsp water yolk to the dish, stir and voila.
