Mushrooms with melted cheese

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 zucchini
2 onions
processed cheese triangles
3-4 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red pepper
pepper
thyme
salt
Method
Cut onions, zucchini and mushrooms not very finely. Put them in a deep heated pan with a little oil and fry. Stirring 2-3 times and place lid on pan. Thus the water of the products does not evaporate, but remains in the pan and receives no browning and stew. After 2-3 minutes add crushed garlic, red pepper and tomato paste. Mix and leave products in the open pan to simmer on a low heat. Add processed cheese and stir gently until completely dissolved. Remove from heat, add the spices and leave sandwiching pan to rest.
