Ingredients
800 g mushrooms
400 g sour cream
60 g butter
4 tbsp (40 ml) milk
1 onion
paprika
1 tsp (5 g) flour
black pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in butter until yellowing, sprinkle flour, fry is, pour milk, add the cleaned and cut into pieces mushrooms, pepper, salt, pepper and half the cream. Sauté mushrooms until soft before skidding add the remaining cream.
