Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
100 g rice
100 g butter
1 onion
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut into slices. Stew until soft, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Separately, sauté the chopped onion with rice and seasoned with salt. Make up water and allow to simmer until ready. In a large bowl formed by the rice ring and in the middle pour the mushrooms. Decorate with parsley.
