Ingredients
1 kg of fresh mussels
2 tsp lemon zest
150 ml cream
1 onion
1/2 head fennel
pepper, salt
300 ml lager

Method

The mussels were delicious, but the products did not mention oil, and it starts with the recipe. I do not put oil, but instead choked onions in cream.
