Mussels in shell

Ingredients
1 kg scallops
2 tbsp flour
1-2 tbsp butter
middle of bread
3-4 large fresh mushrooms
a few cloves of garlic
crushed parsley
breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
Method
Mussels are cleaned very well and cook until open. The meat is separated from the shell half is maintained. In a pan melt the butter. avyat are mussels, chopped mushrooms, soaked in water and strained environment of bread, parsley and minced meat garlic. Taste and this mixture is filled shells. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven for 5-10 minutes in a hot oven.
