Mutton potatoes - II type

Ingredients
750 g mutton
10-12 (1 kg) potatoes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
3-4 (300 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and stew with a little water to poluomekvane as add salt after boiling. In fat stew until soft chopped onion, then stir several times with paprika and tomatoes, peeled and chopped, and pour into the container with the meat. Once the meat boil again, add the potatoes, peeled and cut into slices, and salt to taste. Dish stir, pour a little hot water (to cover the potatoes) and bring to the boil over high heat, then dovaryava on low heat. After removal from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley.
