Nettle cream

Ingredients
500 g young nettle
65 g butter
2 tbsp flour
2 yolks
200 g sour cream
pepper
salt
Method
Stew 10 minutes nettle with the butter. Add flour, stir and pour 1 cup hot water. Add salt and boil 15 minutes Mix the egg yolks with the cream and add them to the nettles, constantly stirring. Once the dish boil, remove it from the fire. Serve it sprinkled with pepper.
