Oil sop cheese

Ingredients
1 old white bread
125 g butter
200 g feta cheese
100 g sugar
300 ml hot water
Method
In a saucepan cut bread into cubes. Above crush the feta cheese, immerse into boiling water and then the butter, which is parched to give a golden color. Put the lid on the pot to brew and soft bread. After 5-10 minutes, stir gently and serve hot sprinkled with sugar. If necessary, add more hot water. Note: the butter is added a pinch of salt and be careful not to burn or left raw.
