Okra sauce and olive oil

Ingredients
1 kg green okra
8 tomatoes
4 onions
1 cup olive oil or sunflower oil
2 heads of garlic
dry coriander
mint
juice of 2 lemons
salt
Method
In fat stew cleaned and cut into small pieces okra, remove and in the same oil sauté the onion and one head of garlic, chopped finely. Returns okra, put tomatoes (grated or peeled and cut). Finally taste with remaining garlic, mint and coriander. Add salt and boil on low heat. Finally, pour the lemon juice. Okra should remain fat and light sauce.
