Pancakes with yoghurt - III type

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
3 eggs
pinch of salt
4 tbsp caster sugar
3 cups flour
500 ml water
sunflower oil for greasing pan
butter or margarine for greasing pancakes

Method
Eggs mixed with yogurt, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir well and add them to 1 cup of water. You can measure the water in the cup which was yogurt. Add flour and then the mixture was diluted with more water to obtain a pancake dough. You need to get a smooth mixture, so if granules January strain. From the resulting mixture is fried batter into a greased pan with sunflower oil. Finished pancakes smear with a little butter. * The original recipe was used thick Greek yogurt (yogurt), which swapped to normal.
