Pasta with walnuts in the oven
Ingredients
500 g macaroni
5 cups (1 liter) milk
5 eggs
100 g butter
1 cup (200 g) walnuts
1 lemon
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) salt
Method
Boil macaroni in salted water, washed with cold water, drain and place in a baking dish, thoroughly greased with butter. Add ground walnuts, grated rind of lemon, milk, which are broken eggs and sugar. Top put lumps of the butter. Bake in medium high heat. As cool, cut into squares and serve.
