Paste eggplant

Ingredients
1 kg eggplant
3 green peppers
500 g mayonnaise
salt
3-4 cloves garlic
Method
Eggplant and peppers bake in the oven until soft. Peel and Strain with blender. Add the remaining product and mix well. Place in a fridge for 1-2 hours. is consumed as salad or coated sandwich for breakfast decorated with olives.
