Ingredients
4 of peach compote
grated peel of 1 orange
juice of 1 orange
1 packet of dry white cream (60 g)
3-4 tbsp caster sugar
5 tbsp milk
Method
Whipped cream with powdered sugar and milk, then add to it the juice and grated peel of an orange. Stir well. Then add chopped medium peaches and cream spills resulting in bowls.
