Ingredients
          5 peaches
          50 g sugar
          250 ml milk
          2 eggs
          20 g flour
          1 tbsp rum
          vanilla
          handful of almonds
              Method
              Eggs are broken with sugar. Gradually add the sifted flour and milk. The mixture is put to boil on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and rum cream and leave to cool. The oven is heated to 200 C. Peel peaches, halve and remove pits them. Rank by opening up the pan, the bottom of which is covered with sugar syrup, made from 1 cup water and 4-5 tbsp sugar. Put them in the oven and baked for 5 minutes. Almonds slightly roasted in the oven. In saucers put peaches stick with almonds and filled with cream. Serve can be polecht with the juice left in the pan when baked.   The dessert is suitable to be served chilled in the summer heat.
