Peppers stuffed with vermicelli

Ingredients
6 large, fleshy bell peppers
500 g spinach
2 onions
3 tbsp sunflower oil
150 g cheese
1-2 skalidki garlic
150 g cream
500 ml vegetable broth
100 g feta cheese
salt
100 g vermicelli
Method
Cut the flaps of peppers, cleaned of seeds, washed and put salt inside. Boil noodles in salted water and drain well. The spinach is cleaned, washed and cut into strips. Cleaned and chopped onion fry in the oil. Add spinach and stew for 10 minutes. The mixture is removed with a slotted spoon to drain the juice and mix with vermicelli. To this was added finely chopped cheese and crushed garlic. The filling is seasoned with salt and pepper. The peppers are filled and arrange on a baking tray, which pour the broth. The dish is baked for about 45 minutes in a preheated 200 ° C oven. 5 minutes before ready peppers covered with a piece of feta cheese on top.
