Pesto Rosso - red pesto

Ingredients
350 g dried tomatoes
25 g pine (pinievi) nuts or hazelnuts
25 g almonds
75 g feta cheese Parmesan
200 ml olive oil
red chili pepper
parsley
salt

Method
Nuts are roasted in a pan without oil, tomatoes, pepper and cut into pieces, the feta cheese is crushed. Everything is pureed, as oil is poured in a thin stream. It is ideal as a sauce for pasta, salads, cold meats, with baguette. In refrigerated store several weeks, the oil has to cover the mixture.

Rally sledvashiyat time Ill try it and pesto. I just want to ask, dried tomatoes in oil than you should have, or dry? Or does not matter?

Gerganche, no matter for tomatoes. Only if they are dry, put pesto to stand one day and see if there will be no need shalt put some more oil. Good luck to you sweet :)
