Method
In slightly warm milk dissolve yeast with the sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Stir and leave in a warm place to rise. In a large pan and sift the flour well in the middle tap eggs (take 1 egg yolk spreads), salt, yogurt, water, vinegar, the oil. Knead gradually soft dough and let it rise. Divide into 2 parts one more (2/3 of the dough) and another in Malacca (1/3). Most divide into 5 equal balls. Each ball is rolled into a sheet the size of the bottom of the tray and stackable, as is smeared with melted butter each. Cut 8 equal pieces like a pizza. Grasp each piece of thin side and turn it upside down to his thick outer side to receive the sun. In the middle put 1/3 dough formed into a ball. Leave the loaf to rise in a warm place and rub with a little beaten egg yolk sunflower oil. Sprinkle top with plenty of sesame and other nuts optional. Put the pita sun to bake in pre-heated oven at 180-190C degrees. Baked pita wrap with a cloth to soften.
