Pizza rustic
Ingredients
# For the dough:
2 cup (400 g) flour
15 g yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 ml) tomato juice
# For Stuffing I:
200 g feta cheese
2-3 peppers
2 tbsp vegetable oil
pepper
# For Stuffing II:
200 g sausage
100 g feta cheese
2 tbsp vegetable oil
pepper
parsley

Method
Prepare a stiff dough and allowed to rise until double its volume, and then is divided into two halves. Each half rolled wafers with a diameter of 30-35 cm. The cheese is placed in two greased with butter trays, as the ends are pulled around the edge of the tray. On one asks spreads first type of filling and on the second - filling with sausage. Sprinkle with vegetable oil and pepper and bake in the oven. Serve warm.
