Ingredients
3 pork trotters
3-4 potatoes
1 carrot
20 pods green beans
1 onion
1 green pepper
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper
Method
Pig feet are washed and rubbed with salt and pepper. Put them in a pot, pour 1 cup of water and bake at about 250 ° C for about an hour, and in the middle of baking turn. Then add the cleaned and sliced ​​vegetables, cloves garlic - chopped. All sprinkled with spices and stir gently. Sprinkle with a little sunflower oil. Bake for about an hour at 200C.
