Ingredients
500 g pork
50 g tomato salsa
2 cut into julienne peppers - green and red
2 mushrooms - cut
1 onion
pepper, rosemary, salt
3 tbsp sunflower oil for frying
2-3 cloves garlic
200 g beer

Method
In good hot sunflower oil fry until golden diced meat. Then add one after another sliced ​​onions, peppers, pre-washed and cut into julienne mushrooms and beer. Stir well and stew. Finally add the tomato salsa, pepper, salt, oregano and chopped garlic cloves at length. Stew for minutes, stirring, take away from the fire and is ready for consumption. Optional we can finally sprinkle with fresh parsley.
