Pork with mussels Alentezhanski

Ingredients
1 kg pork
500 g potatoes
300 g mussels
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
a bunch coriander
oil
mashed red pepper
1 cup white wine

Method
Cut the meat into cubes with an edge about 3 cm, add salt and kneaded well with pepper paste and let stand until the next day. Potatoes cut into cubes and fry in olive oil. In a pan fry the meat, add chopped onion and garlic. When fry until golden, add the potatoes and mussels, well-washed sand. Add the wine, leave little to boil. Add chopped coriander when eating removed from the fire.
