In a large pan rank several rows cabbage leaves, ribs are cut and arranged on them. Top put more cabbage, cut into julienne. So you can line up a few more lines. Top put finely chopped chillies. Sprinkle with paprika, bay with cabbage juice, melted fat and a cup of warm water. Cover with a few whole leaves and bake in a moderate oven.

good or bad, I do not know, but sauerkraut with lard is the most delicious. And mestse as is more ... ohooo ... :)

Mmmm, tasty dishes. I remember once my grandmother did cabbage with lard, on its better there.

At the moment, bake and smells amazing! I played a little more - zaparzhih ribs in a little oil, then in the same fat zaparzhih stalk and half empty. I added sauerkraut, sprinkled with cayenne and I poured a bit of cabbage juice. Left to simmer Konush, some 15 minutes. Then switched to clay casseroles, alternating cabbage and ribs.
