Pork schnitzel in Sicilian

Ingredients
2 pork escalopes
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp (3 g) basil
1/2 tsp (3 g) thyme
250 g tomatoes
salt
pepper
150 -200 g cheese
250 g mushrooms
butter
frying fat
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) tomato juice
Method
Schnitzel are rubbed with salt, pepper, basil and thyme and fry on both sides in hot fat. Remove, place in a warm and at the same oil fry seasoned with salt and pepper tomato slices. Schnitzel rank on tomato and encircled with stewed mushrooms in butter. Pour in tomato juice and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake slightly, enough to melt the cheese.
