Ingredients
7-8 (1 kg) potatoes
2 heads (100 g) onion
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 tsp (3 g) red pepper
vinegar or lemon juice
salt

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Add the onion, cut into thin strips, vegetable oil, red pepper, lemon juice and salt. The mixture is stirred well and pour into a suitable dish. The salad is served with yogurt.

An interesting idea is putting red pepper, I put black or white.
I do make a leek and fiddle with celery leaves.
And we in our end to all these products and add pickles. Try it and you!
We like this salad and often we do in the spring put green onions Sometimes potato mash instead of chopping them to pieces
And we add to this salad sauerkraut chopped.
