Potatoes with mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
600 g carrots
500 g pickles
2 cooked chicken legs
500 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vinegar
pepper
salt
olives
Method
Potatoes and carrots are cooked, peel and cut into small cubes. Cooked chicken legs are boned and cut into small pieces. Potatoes, carrots, meat is mixed with chopped pickles, pour in the oil and vinegar, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. The resulting mixture is poured with mayonnaise and mix. Allow to stand for two hours. Decorate with olives and mayonnaise molded roses and served.
