Potatoes in wine

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 bunch parsley
2 cup (400 ml) white wine
salt
pepper
30 g butter
1 onion
Method
Peel the potatoes are cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Onions and parsley finely. The butter is melted in a deep pan and fry the onions until golden, add the potatoes, stir, then add the parsley, wine, pepper and boil on low heat.
