Rice balls with mushrooms

Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
200 g mushrooms
1-2 eggs
1 tsp starch
1 onion
pepper, salt
flour
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Mushrooms and onions are cut and fry. Add salt and leave to cool. Mixed with rice, 1 egg, starch, salt and pepper. After kneading, if the mixture is not united, add another egg. Scoop with a spoon and add some flour in. Formed into patties and fry on both sides.
